    Re: Which Springs for Me?

    First off I want to say thank you very much to SupraCharged007 you really helped me decide on what springs to go with. I will be using my car as a DD and I want it to be low and still comfy so I decided to go with the sprint 2.0. Does anyone know where I can get them at a great price? And where I can get a set of KYB GR2 at a great price?

    B&G SPRINGS. 1.75"
    ----------------------------------------

    This is a direct copy and paste of the email I received from my R&D designer from our factory.

    Spring kit number 79-1-001 Saturn S-Series

    Good morning Mike,

    The problem was, I couldn’t find the information you were looking for. I’ve calculated the spring rates now.

    Front: 22 Kg/cm -----> 123.194312 pounds / in

    Rear: 28 Kg/cm ----> 156.792761 pounds / in

    Best regards,

    Ramon

    Hopefully this will help you…

    Best Regards;

    Mike McNutt

    Re: Which Springs for Me?

    I had Springtech 1.5" drops on my wagon. Not sure if Springtech was the exact brand name, but they performed decently and rode great. Probably comparable to the Eibachs.

    Re: Which Springs for Me?

    ^ I loved those springs, but the jack asses that bought my wagon won't give me the springs back. Even though it was part of the deal.
    I need a drop on the coupe!

    I dont think they are made anymore, but scour eBay, and saturnfans and our for sale section, a set may pop up.

    scroll down and look for them, they're toward the bottom.

    Re: Which Springs for Me?

    back stock? Like the "new old stock" deal? Its possible that they are real progress springs, that company just has left overs.
