Drilled a hole for the wires to run through..

The switch is kind of just chilling in the holder until I get a couple more switches in place to run inline with the amps remotes so I can turn them on/off as I wish. Pics when thats finished up

    Wired into the rear batteries..

A random picture to throw in for good measure..

    Before..how luxurious..

Taking the seats out getting ready n chit..

    Teh metal..

Some pics after the sunroof was taken out..

There was a lot of foam holding that bish in though..

Got a good amount of spl tiles up and also have some pics from my free damplifier pro door pack (THANKS SS! ) I also ordered 20 spl tiles :hello:

Me n matt getting our door packs put in..

I used the whole door pack on my passenger-side door but didnt get pics of the outter skin coming off and it deadened on the inside I'll be ordering another pack for the driver-side door

Got my new sunroof glass piece and painted the inside black again then laid down a bunch of epoxy on the sunroof tracks to keep it nice and still..

SPL Tiles on my ceiling and the supports that got welded in...in these pics only a handful of tiles are in...more pics when theyre all in..

I used a bit lesser-quality birch but its great imo, very strong and light. I definitely didnt want to use mdf....I'd be lowered to the ground lol

Alright, onto phase 3 my favorite one...

Front piece in and got foam around the edges (not in pics)..

From the back...the pieces coming from the back will mate-up here and will be screwed into the 2nd bar that was welded into place...

The port opening...getting the foam a bit cleaned up

Cut out some ribs that I will fiberglass accross to make the bottom of the horn..

    Getting ready to mount them...

    Mounted...

And that instant bond holds them strong...I could rock my car back n forth holding onto one and it didnt budge.

Definitely would suggest 3/4", if youre going ported I can lend a hand on the design if you want.

And got my shop cleaned up and reorganized...fun

Alright, I got the back section of my rear windows painted black and a few stickers on...

    Cleaning that ish off...

Got two ribs put in at the front of the horn. At the front the sides will slant slightly like you can see, just trying to keep the basic contour of the car and make the opening as large as possible.

Alright...got the back window pulled this morning..

Made myself a bridge to get right over the port to do work...

    What i had to start...

Got the lower hump glassed down into the port...

Prepped the top piece with the pocket-hole jig...

More glass added, upto one layer of cloth and 4 layers of mat at this point iirc...

This is what doin work looks like

Got the contour for the side cut out of some birch..

    Got them screwed down...

And I got upto 6 layers of mat ontop of the cloth layer iirc, bodyfilled a bit, sanded, then a layer of milkshake put on..
