    Sorry to drudge up an old thread but, is it safe to leave one of these in your obd II connector , any issues like battery drain fried pcm? or use it when you need it.

    I leave them in, as long as your ign switch is working correctly etc the port shouldn't have any power I don't think.
    It's not my fault, blame the radiation.

    Also I found Torque Pro software for free http://www.elm327.com/soft/download....g=en&class3=12

    downloaded the file and put it on my internal storage, click and boom works fine no ads yet.
