They feel good to me and don't have any travel problems going over speed bumps. Like I said above, you will need to screw with the swaybar brackets to get them to work. I haven't screwed with them yet, since I have some AMR brackets and they might fit without playing with the bracket on the coilovers.

He is a side look with some 17 inch rims. I think the car is 9 inches off the ground.

Car looks good. I kind of regret selling my 3G but I needed the driveway space back.

I agree that does look good. The fender gap looks about perfect to me.

Man that black and blue looks so good. Black wheels look great with anything imo. I just dug out the old turd today for the first time in a couple years. Fresh fuel, oil, air filter and coolant. Fired her up no problems at all. Been a tight last couple of years financially but we are finally feeling comfortable and now my 93 SL2 is on deck to get boosted for fun. I'm about to sell my 79 KZ 1000 project, hopefully, to fund a somewhat budget turbo setup for the turd. I'm sure she'll blow before too long due to age but my idea here is more to just learn the process of boosting a car. I already have the turd and they boost pretty cheap. No sense in learning on something that costs more right?

Evicted the cat out of Brandon's coupe and shoved a stock motor into that pile. Now its up to him to finish it up...and clean the kitty turds out of it.

They have tempted me. Feedback on quality isn't the most consistent, but almost everything I read shows them as better than your average ebay coils. They are using larger pistons, larger diameter bodies, and have more travel, all of which is a good thing.

If I had a manual in my car, I might consider these in the future.

Been driving my BMW around lately. I'm looking forward to it making an excellent winter beater. Last year I was still chasing the suspension vibration so I just drove the new car through the winter instead. Now that I've replaced most of the BMW suspension it drives very nice once again. I'm going to enjoy having heated seats and RWD again for the winter.

The first year i had that Datsun it was my DD.

    In the middle of winter.

And the heater did not work.

It was only a 2.5 hour round trip to work each day.

Few days late but I swapped some junk tires on and aired them up. Started finally chasing a no-start issue.

Woke up at 5am and swapped out the injectors. Car fires on 4 cylinders again. Need to bolt the fender back on and change some fluids before its rolling.

Wife wanted a truck. I needed a truck to be able to work on some projects. So, we pooled our spare cash (eBay profits) and set a $4000 budget.

After looking a few weeks and not finding much (and what was good sold before we could see it) we saw this. Couple days of emails and we were able to see it yesterday.

    2000 Ford F150 supercab Lariat 4x4.
    137k on the chassis.
12k miles ago the engine was replaced with a 109k doner after a radiator failure took out the original.
    New (cheap) tires last summer.
Very little rust for an 18yr old Midwest truck. Mainly a spot on the tailgate and some the running boards. Frame was surprisingly clean.

Little pulse in the brakes when braking hard.
2nd gear slam. (From what I read, fluid change and maybe a valve body)
Probably needs a right front wheel bearing.
Driver's seat is ripped pretty good.

Otherwise, a decent truck. The engine swap almost scared me off but the wife was excited.

45min test drive showed nothing beyond what I already listed. Fluids looked good. No leaks. Nothing that would keep me from driving it long distance. Nothing that would make me afraid to let her drive it besides the size. (Her last car was smaller than my Astra)

    4200 ask, we paid 3900.
Drove it home ~20miles across town with no plates and no issues.

1st pic from the Craigslist ad. She just sent me the 2nd pic while I was typing this. Talking about "our pretty little girl"

    Belt tensioner failed, again.

Put a new one on and I'm getting mega squeal. Belt has 75k on it, so I'll might replace it.

Do I want the 778 or 780? 2 lengths listed for this car.

    Well...

Was stopped at a stop light and looked in the mirror. Saw another vehicle coming at me. Went to try to make evasive moves and saw them wiggling and about to do the same so I stopped and watched.

That car wasn't able to stop in time and I watched it drive off into the ditch and finally stop more or less in line with my car in the grass to the right.

I was still watching that car when... Boom. I was rear ended by a different car. You can see the tire marks from the first car in the grass in the first picture.

Unlike my last few wrecks, the other guy was nice and did what he was supposed to. Got all his info and have already filled a claim with his company.

He said he was confused by what the first car was doing and watching to make sure it didn't flip. Then looked back and there I was.

Looks worse than it is. Should be a relatively easy fix. Might actually have a shop do it though since parts availablity is an issue.
