Doing stuff to kid's "new" 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. Keeps finding more crap to throw codes for after we fix other stuff. /sigh.

Speed bleeders. Crack the valve open, attach small tubing and run it into a coke bottle, pump the brakes and keep looking for bubbles. Easiest brake bleeding I've ever done

Speed bleeders are the shit! Have then on the Redline because GM apparently forgot how to make a caliper that doesn't leak after 2002 model year.

I need a set for the other cars, but yes, buy a set.

Cleaned the EGR. I believe it made a bit of difference since I'm idling around 8-9 when the car is warm as opposed to 1-1100

For what it's worth, if the car starts running like crap in a few months, don't automatically overlook those coils as a possible bad part. Not saying they are bad coils, just saying most people have had issues with aftermarket coils, especially on third gens(99+).

Replaced both front tires with a matching set of good years with like new tread from a shady tire shop if you guys don't hear from me it's because I died in a firey crash from installing a matching set of 20$ tires. What could go wrong.

Drivers eat Would not adjust forward or back. The wire connecting the Locks on the 2 rails were not disengaging, wire appeared to be too long, took wire out and shortened it, now the seat moves smooth like warm butter.

Would anyone suggest sandbags in the trunk for winter driving?

Because they're essentially desiccants that keep the trunk dry all winter. Duh.

The biggest problem i had with my 95 sc2m was that the rear end would slide out from behind me going down the freeway. Probably due to bad tires though.

But i still wouldn't put bags in the car, just get some good snow tires.

My right front strut mount squeaks when I turn. I don't really understand why.

Also going to need tires soon.

Getting very tempted to ditch the car for a Leaf. Or an E46, but that's not a great idea.

Or do what I did and get an overcomplicated turbo 5 cyl AWD car with rather meh dependability.

I didn't think that through, on purpose.

I used my accel coils for over three years on a daily driver and never had a hickup, but if they are ever dropped you might as well count them as broken because if not today tomorrow they will fail.
