Stock aftermarket replacement unless you are willing to fabricate or can get an aftermarket performance one at a decent price. If you are willing to fabricate and have the experience and skills to do so then get a similarly sized radiator with Chevy style elbows. You can get race car take off radiators for a fraction of a new one. I spent $75 for a griffin radiator for the ITA car that has more than double the cooling capacity of a stock saturn radiator and then bought another one for the same price to use with the ecotec swap in the wagon.

    $200 plus shipping.
    It was Scottys before.
It's getting the fins straightened and the mounts re welded. It's used and being fixed, but it's functioning and well built.

Delphi is the only OE replacement I've found worth a shit. I've had one in my daily for Approx 3 years and almost 35k miles. Thats 300% longer than any previous aftermarket replacement has lasted me.

Last time my radiator went out I ended up going through 2 radiators before I got a silla then all was fine then I blew a head gasket which might have been the reason the first 2 went bad

freebie from Advance. whatever they had in the box. Will probably have to replace it in a couple more years. Thinking about trying to put some epoxy on the tank to stiffen it, but then they'll probably no longer honor the lifetime warranty. So, meh.

Lifetime warranty FTW. these things get chewed up often enough that you really want to make sure you get that.

Not really. As long as you make some sturdy mounts your good. Oh and having a full aluminum radiator for under140$ including shipping is boss. All I gotta say is anything else is not worth it.
