Just got the wheel on today too. And I still have a working cruise control.

Might make some adjustments at a later date. But fit pretty good.

All the wheels look good. The steering wheel actual looks its supposed yo be there. From the front at least. Lol.

If your interested I have a set of cm racing lowering springs I can let go real cheap. They are about a 2" drop with a decent spring rate and ride.

Lol. Yea. Think I'm gonna end up cutting a bigger piece of pipe to go on the outside of the bolts too. But want to see if I want it further out or not first and go from there.

Cm springs? Can't seem to find any info on them. Probably be interested tho.

It was cs ,cm, cr I can't remember it was like 8 years ago when I bought them. They were some cheaper springs but I will just give then to you if you want them. They used to be listed on the saturnpedia but its too early in the morning and I can't seem to find it right now

    ^lmao!!

"Testing" went decent. Gonna need a shroud or somethin to direct more flow to the radiator with the flag on. Was gettin a little warm. The wind was a bitch tho. Have ta figure somethin out to combat that. But overall, went well..
    Well, except for this.

Lol. John Deere to the rescue.

yeah these cars are really sensitive to having anything in front of the radiator. i briefly tried a front lip on my car and it would require me to run the rad fan a LOT more. so i removed the lip. key is to not block air flow to the lower skirt. I can't see if you have it or not - some of these cars were not equipped with it (non-AC cars) and a lot of used ones are missing it. So if you don't have the airdam under the front bumper, make sure you install one. And if you still have issues with cooling, extend the airdam a little lower - 1/2" to 3/4 should do

Yea, I have the bottom air dam in on it. Think I'm goin to cut a couple holes in the sign for air flow.. or push it up.. somethin. Lol. Have to mount a height pole too in the near future too. So that might hike it up a touch to get some flow.

Anyway. Tax money should be in soon so I'm trying to get a list together for suspension, and gaskets. Probably gonna order from rockauto.

Have the kyb front and rear struts with top mounts.

Bellows for the rear. Don't seem to find them for the fronts..?..

Moog front end kit. Tierods, ends, and lower control arms

The black energy suspension bushing kit.

And then the intake an valve cover gaskets.

Sound about right? Anything I'm forgetting?

Gonna switch out the rear end subframe an such from my 97 sl2 parts car. So I can put on the rear sway bar. The end links on that seem to be tight so I don't think I'll need those.

The ol lady traded her monte in for a vibe the other day. Pretty decent little car. But the Saturn still has her beat in mpg's. Lol

Went down to great bend Kansas today. Redid my sign a little bit to bring it up a tad. No more running warm issue at all.

Made it 304 miles on the od to 7.06 gallons for a 43mpg's. An that's sitting at idle threw a car wash. And my speedo being off. 60 on the speedo is more like 64-5. So not bad to still manage that.

Dropped the houses off for an expo show. Which happened to be right next to a track. Lol. Unfortunately, it was closed.

So far gas capacity hasn't been as much of an issue as I thought it would. My dads 06 stratus won't make anymore than the wagon will. He only got 30.25 mpg for the day.

They're so affordable that I'm not surprised my wagon hasn't spawned more.

    The flaggin' waggon

Made it out to the Wyoming border yesterday. A little over 400 miles one way. Definitely need to tint the windows.

Got 45.8 on the way there. Got 40.6 the first half on the way home before the interstate. Not sure what I got there. But not near as high.

Basically, the wagon has saved me over 20$ on this one trip alone compared to the Monte Carlo.

Grass fire out by lake McConaughy

Went by chimney rock too. lol

I almost brought this kitty home.Lol, he kept wanting to jump in. I called him fluffigins.lol

The other wagon's comin together. Ended up changing out the sway bar, lower control arms, cv's and radiator from my 97 parts car. Still need to change a couple window motors and give it a good buff.

What a mess.. Can't wait till it's out and I can get time to clean the shithole up.lol

That's one hell of loop. I always thought chimney rock was soo much taller then that. Really dosnt look much taller then the nearby bluffs. Been near it but never been to it.

Worked my ass off last night and got the kyb's and drop springs in. Also did the rear sway bar/subframe , control arms, tierods, and as many of the energy bushings I could get in. Just need to get it in for alignment now. Hopefully Monday.

Also got the green one goin down the road. But still making some suspension noise. Pretty sure it's the struts. Probably use the ones I pulled off my white one.

Got it realigned today. Drives a lot better than it did before. But now it seems I am getting some cv shutter under 20mph under a load, seems a little excessive.. not sure what to do there.

I'm pretty sure aftermarkets cv's are junk for these as well?
    Will cv's off a 2001 work?

Got my height pole figured out. Came out decent. We get an extra 25c per mile when we need to run them.

Cleaned it up a bit more after. Just need to paint it.
