    Can't figure this out.

Multiple issues hesitation, loss of power, weird idling, so far replaced tps sensor, spark plugs and wires, upstream and down stream o2 sensors, coolant temp sensor. Ordered a new fuel filter awaiting arrival of that.

Short term Fuel trims should be no more than 15%+or- that much indicates a massive vacuum leak. Or a fuel delivery issue, maybe a locked up or stuck injector.

Your vacuum reading seems normal. But of the engine is nice and healthy it could still pull 20 inches with a decent sized leak.

Put a long screwdriver or stethoscope on each injector while it's running, put your ear to the screwdriver handle and you should hear an audible click.

Also, last one. Add long term fuel trims to your displays as well, that will give you a better idea of what the engine is doing. Long terms should be within 10% ish for a healthy motor/tune.

Sounds like it could be an injector. My car had similar issues when my EGR failed. I would also check the fuel filter. If that hasn't been replaced in a while that can cause the line to clog. I would check fuel pressure to eliminate the possibility of the fuel pump or filter, then check injectors

I may have fixed my issue. I checked for vacuum leaks (none found), checked injectors( all are fine), replaced the fuel filter, along with the top o2 sensor. I did find 2 exhaust leaks one before the flex pipe and one near the downstream o2 sensor.

I had similar issues with a stuck EGR.

FWIW, found a weird vacuum leak on the Sentra a few weeks back. All the way at the back bumper of the car... fucked up purge valve on the evap canister.

I have not been able to find a vacuum leak in the engine bay I've been spraying carb cleaner like crazy up and down looking for the leak. Is there anywhere else I should be looking? Also I noticed my EGR isn't ready for emissions. Not sure why. On a brighter note my codes all disapeared.

A stuck open egr will make it run like shit and have low vacuum.

Also a stuck open purge solenoid will make it run funny.

Based on 4.5 psi of manifold pressure, which should be right around 21inches of vacuum, I'm not convinced you have a massive leak, if you had a crack around one of the o2 sensors that could have skewed the reading. It will take a while for those long term trims to return to 0 unless you reset the computer by pulling the pcm fuse over night or disconnecting the battery and touching the two wires together.

Thanks. I know little to nothing about where the values are supposed to be I'm a novice when it comes to diagnosing vehicle issues. I apparently have to clean up that intake work I did (convert it to a cold air intake)too because it looks like I may have a leak somewhere there as well.

I'll be pulling the EGR to check it out I've replaced it once before but I'm just going through everything. Sometimes I get rev hang and I just replaced the tps. I'll have to clean up the throttle body and egr. I'll check that solenoid too but I'm guessing I'll have to throw the car on some jack stands for that.
