    3 Gen SC2 Sail Panel ?

I hope 'sail panel' is the correct term - I mean the small fake window on the driver's side behind the third door.
I bought a 2001 SC2 over the weekend and that 'window' is broken. Previous owner said he was hit by a deer. Door panels on that side are cracked but not bad.
I've searched that term on Google and several Saturn sites and can't find any information on it.
From the outside, all I see is some broken glass stuck in the old glue. I'm hoping it unbolts from inside somehow, but I haven't taken the inside apart yet.
Any information or tips would be appreciated.

The sail panel is the inside trim panel by the left and right sides of the back window (or c-pillar moldings).
