    Graduate cylinder and a clear plate with a hole in it is the way to do it

    Well...graduates cylinder might be the wrong term. It may be a graduated pipet.

    I think the valved puppets are called burettes. I'll just take my head to the same shop and pay them to measure it.

    I think you are correct. I was thinking burette as I was typing but thought "no...that's the shit girls use in their hair." It has been a long time since I have done a chemistry lab. I know what it looks like, just don't remember the name.
