SC2 - Little hose running across top of valve cover - What is it?

What is this little hose that runs across the top passenger side of the valve cover?

In the picture there is a break in it just to the left of the spark plug boot.

It looks to me like a vacuum hose connecting a couple of sensors, but I don't know my way around the engine yet and would appreciate some help identifying it so I can replace it.

Its a vacuum line to the secondary air injection system. It's an emissions device, so if you have to plug that line, it won't affect how the car runs, but you'll get a DTC/CEL for it.

Unless you want it to look good, find a piece of rubber vacuum hose and use it as a coupler. And yes it comes from the air pump. Not sure where it goes!

At the very least you need to block off that leaking vac line. A leak on that line will cause a misfire on cylinder #1.

Shrink tubing works well for this repair.
