Update:
I'm a bit better now, but nowhere near the same person though.

I had a big unknown to me at the time brain tumor.

The surgery required to remove it took 12 hours.

I'm learning to move my right leg and arm again.

My goal is to be able to the Dragon this year.

All my cars are manuals, so that will be, uh, a good challenge on me, let's leave it at that.

I think the main challenge would be controlling the accelerator pedal with your right foot.
Braking could be handled by your left foot so you didnt have to worry about transitioning with your right foot until it recovers.
Shifting could also be done with your left arm until your right arm recovers. We've got a friend named Uno who has no right arm and shifts using his left. You'll need to work on your ab strength to get used to all that additional twisting from left hand shifting.
