If it is a simple break you can use shrink tubing to patch it up.
Just leaving this here for reference.
In gen3 S2s the P0410 code is often caused by hardening and breakage of the emission tubing that runs across the passenger side of the valve cover.
Here are measurements for the tubing and connectors. If you leave it disconnected, your engine will idle high and burn extra fuel.
The connectors are NOT available at either Autozone or O'reillys. If anyone knows where to get the rubber bits, that might be helpful.
Factory emission tubing:
OD: 5/32 or 3.9 mm
ID: 3/32 or 2.33 mm
Aftermarket replacement tubing:
Dorman # 47418 - 5/32" x 3'
Gates #27042 (50 feet)
The connectors:
Back of the engine, straight connector:
Big end ID: 3/8
Little end ID: 5/32
Front of engine elbow connector:
Big end ID: 3/16"
Little end ID: 5/32"
If it is a simple break you can use shrink tubing to patch it up.

You can. But once it brittles, it will break in more than one place. So you are better off just replacing it. It’s easier too. $6 at Autozone.
