2002 SC2 tachometer dips at idle occasionally

I've never had this problem with other s series 2nd gen saturns ive owned so not sure if it with the 3rd gen. When i'm at an idle like at a traffic light my rpms are around 900-1000. If I sit at an idle for 15 seconds or so my rps will drop to 600 then hop back to 900-1000 within a second or two. I'm not using the A/C and the engine isnt overheating, but I did just fix a problem with my air injector and egr valve. Both codes were in the computer so I cleaned the egr valve and fixed a break in the ground for the air injector so check engine light went away.

Does the engine actually change its tone when this happens or it is just the tacho acting up?

Is the CTS and connector okay?

What TPS voltage are you getting at idle?

Has the throttle body and IAC been cleaned of carbon?
