    280zx build

Alright, I've owned this thing long enough. It's time to start working on it. In the next week or two I should have a garage here at the apartment and i can start digging into the car. The garage i was building out at my brother in laws place is taking too long. I still need to put walls on it with siding, fill the floor with grade 5 gravel and then concrete, and get electricity.

I will post a couple of pics as the car sits now, and i will post progress and pics as they happens.

I'll have to get pics of it later. Someone smashed out the passenger front window about a month ago and went through her glove box (which didn't have anything important in it) and it has been raining heavily a lot. On top of that, this woman never cleans out her car. Cigarette butts, napkins, food wrappers, paper and cigarette butts everywhere. I spent several hours tonight cleaning out the garbage, vacuuming, and i pulled the door panel off the door.

I'm going to pull the carpet and leave the floor bare, replace the seat, fix the ABS light, and replace the battery. Hopefully that's all it needs.

I'll get pics tomorrow, if i remember.

I got my hands on an M90 Super Charger out of a Gran Prix that had caught on fire. I cleaned it and pulled the fried sensors off of it. Then machined out the center pillar of the Throttle Body since that TB is only an adapter for the filter.

When i get some time at work, i will make plugs for the old sensors and block all that off.

Got the Tore Ass out of the garage. Still waiting on neighbor chick to get a duplicate title for the car so she can sign it over to me. And she needs to get her stuff out of the trunk since she was using the car as storage.

Got My 280zx in the garage and started working on it.

And if i find out who shot my car, I'm going to make them buy me a new door.

Is that the garage you were building or a different one? I don't recall any buildings that looked like it up where you had the car

I got the interior out of the back end of the car, found a family of dead mice under the rear seat. I'll get the rest of the interior out tonight (possibly tomorrow night) and vacuum it out. Next step will be getting some Dry Ice to remove all that factory sound deadener.
